I offer a 10-minute free consultation call to see if we are a good fit. After this call, my fee for therapy is $170 for 50-minute individual session and $170 for 50-minute couples’ session.
Regarding Insurance: I am an out of network provider for most insurance plans. This means that you can often obtain reimbursement with insurance companies if your particular plan has out-of-network benefits.
Most insurance plans with out-of-network benefits will reimburse you 60-90% of my fee when you submit a receipt called a superbill that I provide to you.

The truth is, therapy is different for everyone. Some might just want 6-12 weeks, while others might want 6 months- 1 year. Or more or less or anywhere in between.
